A Day in My Life

6:45 am
Wake up, pick my style & travel 45 minutes to work.
8:45 am
Coffee, breakfast and a book, plan the day's intentions, to do lists.
9:45 am
Deep work block — phone in a drawer, music in the headphones & lots of notes
1:00 pm
Lunch, sometimes with a book, sometimes with friends, mostly with an ice cream.
2:00 pm
Wrapping up, pushing code, noting scope for optimisation.
3:30 pm
Travelling back home, with music, drowsy eyes & caffeinated chatter of the mind.
4:45 pm
Talking to my family, unloading my day, listening to theirs.
6:00 pm
Logging in back for work. Meetings, messages, the social hours of the day.
8:00 pm
🏊
A long swim, sometimes to relax, mostly to push my limits.
9:45 pm
Dinner, followed by doomscrolling and finally talking to friends
11:30 pm
A book in bed or journalling. Always paper, never a screen.
